There’s nothing more exhilarating and peaceful at the same time as going for a bike ride. St. Louis offers plenty of areas to cycle through like charming Forest Park or if you’re wanting to cross the river you could ride along the Madison County Transit Bike Trails. This is a great activity to do either solo or with a group of friends.
Go for a Run
St. Louis is the perfect city if you enjoy going for runs. From its multiple parks to bike trails, you’re sure to find a great spot to get your runners high going. Park Days
There’s no shortage of beautiful, tranquil parks in St. Louis. Some favorites are Forest Park with its stunning display of flowers and Tower Grove Park which offers a farmers’ market each Saturday during Spring and Summer. Pack your picnic basket, and check some of these places out.
